It was a fantastic day of learning about 12's. I must say it was a day that I hope they remember for a very long time. Happy Trails.

Happy December Teaching Friends! It is hard to believe that we have sailed through Halloween, Thanksgiving and now approaching all the fun December holidays and, of course, winter break! It is absolutely flying by so fast and I am feeling the sense of urgency and trying to get it all done is an understatement. As with most primary grades, we are having fun reading and writing about gingerbread men! Last week, we spent a good chunk of our literacy block comparing and contrasting the Gingerbread Boy, Gingerbread Friends and Gingerbread Baby! It is always so much fun to see their eyes light up when they learn we will spend the whole week on gingerbread! I have included a fun gingerbread glyph and writing prompts I created as an extension for this week! Happy Trails!
