Today marks my my official "kick off" day for my first blog ever! It has been a busy beginning of the year for me and after 23 days of school, I am finally getting this checked off my "To Do List" and making this happen! Please bare with me as I learn the ins and outs of this process.

Soon, we will be planning and writing a unit of study for our school's Global Studies program. We will be studying South America and I am hoping to share the lessons and units that I write with other teachers through TpT. Since I have spent twelve years traveling on and off to Peru, I figured that I have some cool stuff to share with others such as photos, artifacts and first hand experiences with my first graders! 

Here's to a great start to October.

Back to School...Already?

Happy Back to School! It is hard to believe that it is time to start back up. Didn't school just get out? If you are like me, you never really stopped thinking about teaching, planning, purchasing cute stuff, and stressing out about the upcoming year. I have been busy creating custom job cards for teachers through my store on TpT. It has been really fun to customize jobs for teachers. I know how important it is to have jobs that help support your community and it was a challenge for me to create a set of job cards that could be used by many teachers.
